  • Shipping Methods: We provide Standard free delivery to all the orders

  • Shipping Locations:We ship to islands or remote parts of a country, but not all of them. We don’t deliver to: Guernsey, Outer Hebrides, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kirkwall, Shetland islands and Scottish Highlands. 

  • Please note: we don’t ship to the mentioned locations. Additional payment to ship to these locations is not possible.

  • Order Processing Time: Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team works diligently to process and prepare the order for shipment. The processing time may vary depending on the product, but we strive to fulfill orders within the 3 to 5 business days

  • Shipment Tracking: We provide order tracking services, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their shipment. Tracking information, including a tracking number and carrier details, is typically sent via email after the order is dispatched.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined based on various factors, such as the shipping method selected, the destination, and the weight/size of the package. The applicable shipping fees are displayed during the checkout process for customers to review before finalizing their purchase.
